First, let\u2019s do some breathing exercise which quickly grounds yourself in the <\/strong><\/span>midst<\/strong> of<\/strong> stress as well as anxiety. Let\u2019s take two deep breaths; One in through your nose and out through your month. One more into your nose and out through your mouth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, just gently seal your lips and allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm, no more deep and no more shallow, just notice the air going in and the air going out, noticing the air flow, in and out.\u00a0 You can do this for a few moments while noticing your ches<\/span>t rise and fall;<\/span>\u00a0 as the air is filling your lungs, your chest rises and<\/span> when the air is leaving, your chest falls. Again, breathe <\/span>in <\/span>and out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Under this difficult situation, we need to remember how we feel when we are in a calm state.\u3000We do prepare, take proper measures and steps, then, we can let go of ou<\/span>r fears and worries. I<\/span>t may seem difficult to do so, especially when we are facing an uncertain future, but we can.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, we should not get too panic<\/span>ked by the news we hear through the media.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We collect the information we need. We should not let the media control us.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is easy for us to be pulled by the negative, so we need to make time to ground ourselves and bring peace in<\/span> our heart and mind as we<\/span>ll as focusing on the now, here in this moment, not to<\/span> fret<\/strong> <\/span>about the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the storm, we will have fine days.<\/span><\/p>\n

After the dark, we\u2019ll see the light.<\/span><\/p>\n

Negativity will go away and we\u2019ll be in a better place.<\/span><\/p>\n

We need to talk to th<\/span>e people around us who are in panic by telling them this will end eventually and it will be all right. We need to show smiles. We have to help each other. We guide each other to the light, and provide love to each other. We\u2019ll be patient and stay healthy both mentaly and physically.<\/span><\/p>\n
