When you fear something, it’s of some imagined future moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

You imagine that, it could happen.<\/span><\/p>\n

But right now, it is not happening,<\/span><\/p>\n

So whenever you are drifting into fear, realize you have lost the present moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

The moment you notice it, you say “I\u2019ve lost the present moment, I am lost in the mind” and come back into the present moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Here are a few things that can help:<\/span><\/p>\n

Be aware of your breathing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Be aware<\/span> you are alive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Feel the life energy that pervades<\/strong> the body.<\/span><\/p>\n

You breathe, you feel aliveness in the body, you\u2019re aware of a sense of perception<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Breathe out, thinking here, grounding yourself in the moment in the space you are in.<\/span><\/p>\n

Breathe in, thinking now, focusing on living in this specific moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Repeat the breath and try to feel you are in the moment, letting go of fear which is an imagined future moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

pervade<\/strong>: be present and apparent throughout (\u3044\u304d\u308f\u305f\u308b\u3001\u5e83\u304c\u308b)<\/p>\n

perception<\/strong>: the ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses. (\u77e5\u899a\uff09<\/p>\n

a sense of perception<\/strong>: understanding gained through the use of one of the senses such as sight, taste, touch or hearing.\u00a0\uff08\u4e94\u611f\u306b\u3088\u308b\u8a8d\u8b58\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n
