One of my beginner students just started to learn how to play different dynamics of loud (forte) and soft (piano) at her last lesson.
We are using Shinozaki no. 80 Andantino.
I played it for her with a big contrast of dynamics.
and she said:
“Wow! It’s like REAL music!” opening her eyes big and nodding.
Her reaction was so cute and made me very happy to introduce something new to her.
We’ll see if she can play it like the “Real music” next time, but it does not matter.
She is at the beginning of her long journey.
