Wohlfahrt 60 studies no.9 Allegretto

This is an etude in D Major. You can learn the feel of 6/8. It is written as a 6 notes slur (a long slur!) but you can divide the slur into two 3 notes slurs in order to practice. Allegretto means “not as fast as allegro”, so never rush and try to play YOUR “Allegretto”, aiming to play each note correctly and beautifully with nice flow. The following is an example.
